The artwork you see in this gallery was created by the finalists of the First Arts Olympiad, held from 1996-1999. The children who created these artworks were between 8 and 12 years old at the time they created these works. The theme of the First Arts Olympiad was "My World in the Year 2000".

Art is available in lithograph and/or poster format, as indicated on each page.

Lithographs are museum-quality reproductions, 28in x 22in (71.12cm x 55.88cm). They are printed on archival paper of the same type used by the Smithsonian Museums. Posters are printed on heavy grade (non-archival) paper, and measure 30in x 24in (76.2cm x 60.96cm).
